UX Research Assistant (Fall 2024)

I developed a research plan, conducted interviews with multi-gig drivers, and analyzed findings to inform prototype development for a cross-platform app. Using Figma, I created wireframes based on user insights and design needs. I also wrote concise reports to present research and designs to the UX team for feedback and implementation.
